-Embossed Aluminum Sheet For Cooler/Freezer Panel-

In today's rapidly developing cold chain logistics industry, the quality of refrigerated and freezer panels directly impacts the preservation of food and pharmaceuticals. Embossed aluminum sheet for freezer panel must not only possess excellent thermal insulation and corrosion resistance, but also balance strength, ease of cleaning, and service life. As an aluminum sheet manufacturer, we BCM focus on providing high-quality embossed aluminum sheets to the North American market, demonstrating unique advantages, particularly in refrigerated and freezer panel applications.

From a material perspective, we use 3003 series aluminum alloy as the base material for our embossed aluminum sheets for freezer panel. This alloy contains 1.0%-1.5% manganese, resulting in a 30% or more increase in tensile strength compared to ordinary 1060 series aluminum sheets, reaching 110 MPa, and a yield strength ≥75 MPa. This effectively resists the thermal expansion and contraction stress caused by frequent temperature changes (-40℃ to 60℃) in refrigerated and freezer environments, preventing panel deformation and cracking. This was validated in the panels we supplied for a large cold chain warehousing project in the American Midwest. The embossed aluminum sheets used in this project, after three years of all-weather use, showed no deformation or cracks, far exceeding the client's expected two-year warranty.

The embossed structure is a core highlight that makes it suitable for refrigerated and freezer environments. We use a customized orange peel patterned embossing. Compared to conventional flat aluminum sheets, the embossed surface increases the aluminum sheet's specific surface area by 25%. This enhances the adhesion to the insulation layer, reduces interface gaps, lowers the thermal conductivity to 0.028W/(m·K), and improves overall insulation performance. Furthermore, the embossed pattern increases surface friction, facilitating installation and preventing slippage during cargo stacking. In addition, the embossed structure disperses external impacts, increasing the aluminum sheet's impact resistance by 40%, effectively resisting damage from cargo collisions in frequent loading and unloading scenarios in cold chain logistics vehicles.

Embossed aluminum sheets not only enhance aesthetics but, more importantly, offer significant functional advantages.

- Excellent thermal conductivity:

Aluminum possesses excellent thermal conductivity, rapidly transferring temperature changes. This is especially crucial in refrigeration and freezing environments, effectively maintaining internal temperatures and reducing energy consumption. For example, using our embossed aluminum sheet refrigeration panels allows for rapid cooling, ensuring food freshness.

- Enhanced corrosion resistance:

The anodized finish on embossed aluminum sheets creates a robust protective film that effectively resists moisture and corrosion. This is particularly important for refrigeration and freezing equipment, especially in humid environments.

- Good mechanical strength:

Embossed aluminum sheets possess high strength and toughness, capable of withstanding various pressures and impacts from both inside and outside refrigeration equipment, ensuring long-term durability without deformation. This is especially important during transportation and handling.

In practical applications, embossed aluminum sheets are widely used in refrigerated trucks, cold storage facilities, supermarket freezers, and other cold chain equipment. For instance, a large supermarket chose our embossed aluminum sheets as the panel material for its refrigerated display cases. After a period of use and feedback, supermarket management stated that the refrigerated display cases saw a 15% reduction in energy consumption and a significant improvement in internal temperature stability, greatly extending the shelf life of food. Furthermore, our embossed aluminum sheets have also played a crucial role in the refrigerated transport of pharmaceuticals. One pharmaceutical company, after using our aluminum sheets, controlled the temperature fluctuation of its medicines within ±1°C, ensuring the efficacy and safety of the medications.

As a local manufacturer deeply rooted in the North American market, we can also customize embossing patterns, sheet thickness (standard 3.0-6.0mm, customizable 2.0-8.0mm), and coating processes according to specific customer needs. We firmly believe that high-quality refrigerated and freezer panel materials are not only about meeting technical specifications, but also about precise adaptation to actual application scenarios.
